The Disfrutar restaurant is located in the Eixample, just opposite the historic Ninot market, and surprises with its design. Respect for history and the symbolic heritage of the Mediterranean inspire the decoration and ceramics is the fil rouge that characterises the interior space.
The restaurant, two Michelin Stars, is one of the most distinguished and award-winning in the Catalan capital.
The intervention was carried out by applying Diathonite Acoustix cork-based acoustic biomalta with a thickness of 3 cm indoors, on walls and ceilings. The finish was made with Limepaint lime paint.
Walls are free to breathe, thus leading to permanently dry façades. Thanks to the high permeability coefficient, indoor humidity is perfectly balanced, preventing the formation of mould and condensation.
Thanks to the right mix of raw materials, high thermal insulation performance is achieved.
