The Rambla, Barcelona’s emblem, is the city’s most symbolic and busiest street. Tourists, locals and citizens are faithful actors in the life of the historic district.
The building is located a few steps away from La Rambla in the La Raval district, which is part of the historic centre of the Catalan capital and is under the control of the Monuments and Fine Arts Office.
The intervention has seen the application of Diathonite Evolution with 4 cm thickness on brick walls, in the two facades of the building.
The lateral façade sees a traditional application, then completed with Argacem Colorato coloured skim coat.
The main façade, instead, sees always the Diathonite Evolution plaster and the finishing with Argacem Colorato, but this time everything has been worked in order to reproduce certain aesthetic effects and frames.
